PACCS 2010 provides an inter-disciplinary forum for scientific researchers, academicians, engineers, university faculties, staffs and students working in the areas of communication theory, networks and devices, signal processing, computational intelligence, and the theory, design and implementation of circuits and systems, to discuss state-of-the-art technologies, progress in industry R&D and standards, services as well as their applications in telecommunication and information systems.
