Banknet will
continue the dialogue between experts of financial services and
technology sector at forthcoming 6th Annual CTO-CXO Summit on the 1st of
June 2010 at Novotel, Juhu, Mumbai. In its sixth consecutive year,
Summit will bring together on one platform C-level Executives like CEO,
COO, CIO, CTO etc. from major banks, FI’S and IT Co’s to discuss top
priorities for banks in India.
Banknet recently conducted a survey of CXOs from financial services to identify the top priorities for banks in India for the year 2010. Risk Management, Cyber Frauds, Security, CRM, Mobile Banking were high on their list. However, this year they have also shown keen interest in financial Inclusion & cloud computing.
Technology is already deeply embedded in many mission-critical operations and remains critical for the financial sector to achieve further efficiency and productivity gains. IT can enable growth, manage risk and align with customers. Banks are expected to increase technology spending in priority areas in 2010, but with lower growth rate as compared to the previous years.
Banknet`s CTO-CXO Summit`2010 will feature sessions focused on the above topics. These sessions will be a combination of presentations & panel discussion, concluding with an interactive Q&A. Summit will also feature Banknet Master Class, which will use a formal lecture/ presentation combined with practical & interactive case studies.
