Achieving the Green Dream - tomorrows technology today 2010
September 16 - 17, 2010(Ended)Telstra conference centre
Melbourne, Australia
Melbourne, Australia
A national conference that will focus on gaining practical knowledge on the implementation of new sustainable building technologiesThere is a formidable array of new building technology that is designed to improve sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings but which is stretching the skills and understanding of those who implement it.
The idea behind the Achieving the Green Dream conference is to identify the new technologies confronting those who work in our industry, and to better prepare them for the challenges they face
As building services specialists, we are increasingly involved in new sustainability-driven technologies in buildings. This is also becoming increasingly true of many players in our industry, from consultants through to installers, maintainers and suppliers. Because the HVAC/mechanical services industry is the traditional engineering ‘owner’ of energy systems in buildings we often have the responsibility for all this new technology, so it makes sense to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Achieving the Green Dream will focus on the need to gain practical knowledge about implementing new technologies of sustainable design and delivering energy-efficient buildings for the future
