On behalf of the Federation of European
Microbiological Societies (FEMS) and the European Society of Clinical
Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID), we have the privilege to
announce the 6th Conference on New Frontiers in Microbiology and
Infection. These annual conferences are intended to become outstanding
events in the field of microbiology and to meet the following
objectives:- to transfer knowledge between basic and clinical microbiologists as well as infectious diseases specialists
- to focus and determine the state of the art on a particular field or theme by bringing together the best European and non-European scientists
- to give young scientists the opportunity to interact with senior scientists
The 2010 edition is entitled "Salmonella" and will be held in Villars-sur-Ollon, a nice and peaceful resort in the Swiss mountains. We encourage you to join this event and to submit an abstract of your work.
The program as well as deadlines for abstract submission, application and registration will be on the conference website by the end of March.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Villars-sur-Ollon.
