Elektro mobilitätBusiness models for utilities and municipal utilities - Smart Grid & Vehicle to Grid - Building a charging infrastructure - impact on automotive industry, network operators and municipalities

Governments around the world outbid each other in laying on of support programs for electric mobility. Germany provides € 500 million, which flow along with other projects in 8 model regions. The goal is clear: 2020 will pass 1 million electric cars on German roads.

This ambitious target will stand or fall with the construction of the necessary charging infrastructure. Energy providers, utilities and municipalities are in the starting blocks to initiate pilot projects and fleet tests. Still many technical questions remain unanswered, but an expectation unites all market participants: The future of mobility will be electric.
