East London forms part of the lovely Sunshine Coast and is situated midway between Cape Town and Durban known as "Buffalo City".  It is located in the Eastern Cape which is physically one of South Africa`s largest provinces. The city is central to two magnificent coastlines, complemented by superb surroundings and is refreshingly different and authentic in its hospitality.

The theme for the conference “Meeting Service Delivery Challenges” affects some of the most fundamental aspects of human development including economic welfare, health and dignity.

This conference will offer delegates the opportunity to discuss the challenges facing engineers in the municipal environment. A wide range of topics will be covered during the sessions. Panel discussions will enable delegates to crystallize what has been presented and to plot a way forward. The recently completed conference venue on our beach front will ensure an atmosphere favourable to networking and social interaction.
