Elderly residents is likely to become a really hot election issue in 2010 election, and it is time to raise the issue and debate and to demonstrate the good practice around the country. And how will your project eligible for investment support from the government? Other current and major issues are:

  • How are municipalities equipped to face age hump 2020, and in time to have done the right accommodation facilities?
  • What should the municipalities to create new secure housing - and with regard to housing should be designated as a security housing in practice?
  • How do you create opportunities for the future of technology in today`s construction, and how to become profitable investment?
  • How do you work with strategic planning and construction of health and social care, housing needs for coverage, in a current situation where half of the municipalities can not offer places to all?
  • How do you control costs and ensure quality throughout the construction process, from planning to implementation?
  • What impact and influence of the elderly will require of its residents - and how to create solutions to meet the individual needs and wishes?

To help you get answers to these questions and more, we have gathered for this year`s National Forum on housing for the elderly. We focus on and presents the good practice examples that exist around the country, from both municipalities, private healthcare enterprises, housing companies, property developers and architects, where you take some of their experiences and lessons, so you avoid the common pitfalls. We review and demonstrate good practice throughout the construction process from planning to implementation and management, at both renovation and new construction for the various housing types. You may be the modern approaches and innovative solutions for the various custom homes, creating more cost-effective housing solutions for older people in your community.
