Recognize your patients at risk for Osteoporotic fractures and minimize the effects of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis; anticipate peri-operative problems in the rheumatic disease patient; and evaluate and manage effectively the patient with chronic myofascial pain/fibromyalgia applying for disability benefits.
