European Internal Medicine Conference for Internists, Family Doctors and General Practitioners (EIMCGP) that will be held from October 1-3, 2010 at Bucharest in Romania.

Unlike specialists, General Practitioners are often overlooked for attending major international events.

In order to offer you to the latest innovative and clinically relevant findings, the Program Committee and a large panel of internationally recognized experts will present a customized scientific program covering a wide range of prominent issues you may encounter in your daily practice.

The following primary educational objectives have been defined for this conference:


to inform GPs about the latest scientific advances in the field of gastroenterology, cardiology, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation. 
to focus on new and emerging medical and surgical therapies;
to stress the importance and application of screening and risk assessment;
to assess and to improve prescription of imaging techniques;
to allow GPs meeting and debating with international experts on (controversial) issues, challenges and special cases related to their daily practice.
