Although the growth focus is increasing its strength, the focus on sustainability and efficiency is still in unquestioned reign at least for the next few years. However, successful companies have realised that giving appropriate attention to WCM topics before others, gives them the precious time to improve continuously from one maturity level to the next and really embed the working capital into the way of doing business, so there is no longer need to force the attention and results on the subjects. This further international forum will focus in key pillars of working capital with “deep dive” in each strategic processes such as P2P, OTC, inventory management, credit and collections. In addition, special attention will be given to regional specifics of all of these subjects. With effective working capital management being one of the main tools to improve cash health internally, corporations are fine-tuning and maximising the benefits of their working capital programmes to further improve enterprise operations and establish WCM as company DNA.
