made with
the successful approval of DNA vaccines for veterinary use, which has
brought
renewed expectations in this field.
Further
developments in electroporation and other novel
delivery methods have changed the vaccines landscape. Therefore, this
year we will
be evaluating the newly developed delivery techniques and how to
overcome the
challenges faced. The conference will also profile the clinical
developments in

Overcome the challenges of a myriad of new provisions and standards to avert compliance risks and take advantage of new trade opportunities
The
business environment companies operate in has become
more and more integrated over the years. With a 27-state strong European
Union,
and increased trade with emerging markets such as India,
Brazil, China
or the CIS, as well as coordination with US import-export standards,
there have
been many developments in recent years pushing for regulation that
appropriately reflects and responds to the demands of this integrated
business
environment. In the last two years especially, there have been a myriad
of developments
from the WTO and the European Commission meant to create a simplified
and more
effective trade and customs environment. With different regulations and
provisions in place, however, changes can sometimes be too complex and
intricate. Some of the new regulatory provisions now being discussed,
while
meant to better facilitate trade and simplify procedures, are perceived
to have
the opposite effect, with disturbing cost consequences on companies
doing
trade.
This
3rd annual pan-European marcus evans
conference offers you a unique opportunity to engage with cross-industry
practitioners, to learn from key practical case studies and to discuss
best-in-class customs strategies. It will consider specifically the full
impact
of the modernised customs code on business
and the
implications for customs valuation, classification and rules of origin.
It will
discuss the costs versus the benefits of AEO and look into customs
updates form
the USA
and the
CIS. By attending this topical and high-level conference, you will gain
practical insight into customs procedures and processes that will
safeguard you
from compliance risks and help you achieve increased profitability.

Software engineers require systematic approaches in order to develop complex large-scale systems and to integrate and migrate existing solutions. These engineers need techniques to improve the software reliability, maintainability, performance and dependability, and methodological support to manage the development process effectively and productively. Those working in the field benefit from improved agility in order to respond to the changing requirements and demands and to focus the development process on quality aspects.
The shift towards software integration at higher levels of abstractions often makes traditional methods inadequate. The development of software systems in open and heterogeneous environments, or software embedded into other technical systems, demands advanced levels of dependability and security. New solutions are currently being sought to address novel software environments such as autonomic and ubiquitous applications. Services and mobile applications emerge as new types of organizational units.
Seeking solutions for the social, legal, and economic dimensions of software engineering meets the challenges of globalized development and integrates all stakeholders as participants into the development, deployment and maintenance process.

VIENNAFAIR, THE INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR FOCUSED CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE (CEE).
As this art fair is directed at the contemporary art scene in CEE/SEE countries, the VIENNAFAIR acts as a hub of activity between the east and the west and has established its own identity amongst the plethora of international art shows.
The CEE region is the key export market. Although, the region is
seen as high-risk, it is also perceived as highly rewarding. The
positive and comforting fact is that countries such as Poland, Czech
Republic and Slovakia are in a much better position than those in
Western Europe. The reason for it is the highest level of consumption
in Eastern Europe and an easy access to the CIS region. In the current
economic climate, it is clear that access to affordable trade finance
has become more difficult.
Fortunately, the first signs of recovery are noticeably there. The
level of trade is starting to increase. Another positive fact is that
trade and export finance activities are now more focused on emerging
Europe and the CIS.
The time has come to turn attention back to trade, export and
commodity finance.
CEE Trade and Export Finance 2010 is bringing
together some of the leading industry experts to address the key issues
facing the international and local companies and explore the market
potential of trade and export finance.

Why is it that most political battles in academia surface towards the end of the academic year? Is it due to the pressure that accumulates during the preceding months? When pressure builds up, something has to yield. Stress creates fissures and even the strongest crumble.
Many of our European professors and students hail from cultures that have long understood the paramount importance of relaxation. For those for whom the academic year is a tug-of-war between various responsibilities on campus, ranging from research demands to teaching duties, this conference offers a rejuvenating experience in an intellectual European environment. The old European saying mente sana cuerpo sano realized long ago what holds the key to a healthy intellectual.
It is with this in mind that we selected two of the most prominent spots in the province of Salzburg`s Bad Hofgastein. The first is the Congress Center for the presentation of the delegates` research papers. The second is a luxurious 4.5-star hotel, the perfect venue for scholars to come together and share their thoughts and ideas after conference hours while having the opportunity to wind down and relax in this spa hotel. Both locations are within walking distance of each other.
CMS`2010 is the 11th Conference in the “Communications and Multimedia Security"
series. The series is a joint effort of IFIP Technical Committees TC6
(Communication Systems) and TC11 (Security and Privacy Protection in
Information Processing Systems).
The conference provides a forum for engineers and
scientists in information security. Both state-of-the-art issues and
practical experiences as well as new trends in these areas will be once
more the focus of interest just like at preceding conferences.
This
year, the conference will address in particular security and privacy
issues in mobile contexts, web services (including social networking)
and ubiquitous environments.
We solicit papers describing original ideas and research results on topics that include, but are not limited to:
The International Congress on Complications in Interventional Radiology
(ICCIR) has become a well recognized and respected scientific meeting
held periodically in Austria since the year 2000. After 10 years the
time for change has finally come. The increasing awareness of this
meeting in the European IR community has lead to the logical
consequence to bring the meeting under the umbrella of the CIRSE
Foundation. From this year on, the meeting will be organized in the
name of the CIRSE Foundation and will be part of the European School of
Interventional Radiology (ESIR). We are convinced that this change will
help to further promote the congress in the international field of
interventional radiology.
The concept has not changed substantially. Again we will focus on well
prepared case presentations and there should be wide room for
discussions. The high scientific level is well represented by a
distinguished faculty consisting of renowned interventional
radiologists but also by experts from our partner disciplines like
vascular surgery, oncology and gastroenterology.
Nevertheless, case reports and case discussions are the essence of the
meeting. Therefore we strongly encourage you and your colleagues to
submit cases which can be presented at the meeting. Admission to the
Congress is free for case presenters! In addition, prizes will be
awarded for the best presentations.
This meeting welcomes oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation oncologists, neurologists, nurses, basic researchers, neuro-pathologists, neuro-radiologists, endocrinologists, psychologists, and social workers involved in the care of children with central nervous system tumors.
Over the past decade ISPNO continued to attract a growing number of attendees and it is the premier event in the pediatric neuro-oncology community at which new information and results can be shared and new collaborations can be established. The program will feature plenary and poster sessions, as well as an Education Day.
The meeting will be held from Sunday, June 20, 2010 through Wednesday, June 23, 2010. As meeting place we have chosen the Trend Hotel Savoyen. It is located in the city centre next to the Belvedere garden palace, once the Baroque residence of the renowned general and art connoisseur Prince Eugene of Savoyen, with many other sightseeing attractions at walking distance. Weather in Vienna is usually lovely in June with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the multifaceted cultural attractions of Vienna. We encourage you to register early and secure your room at the meeting hotel where a special conference rate was negotiated. Please check back for more information as meeting plans are finalized.
