On behalf of the UC San Diego School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, it is our privilege to invite you to participate in the Topics and Advances in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine postgraduate courses.

These courses have a history of being presented to a large audience every year and in the past decade we have consistently had over 400 attendees. Since many attendees participate every year, the program always consists of all new material.

Topics and Advances in Internal Medicine is divided into two three-day sessions and you may enroll in one session or both. Optional workshops are presented on Sunday to allow participants the opportunity to explore a topic in detail. Or, you can choose to take the day off and enjoy San Diego.

Cancer care continues to evolve as new advances in medicine change diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to cancer management. Scripps Cancer Center’s Oncology Nursing Advanced Practice conference is designed to keep the oncology professional informed on clinical issues and current trends in cancer practice.

This two and a half day course is designed for nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, and other advanced practice health care professionals dedicated to the field of oncology.
