Perfect location! Right next to universal studios and city walk and the train station! The room was nice and clean. We even got a corner room that looked at universal studios which was awesome. Even when there was going to be extra noise form universal studios, they left a note in the room explaining and apologizing.

At the meeting point of river and sea, huge Osaka combines forward-thinking development and sure-footed tradition. This is symbolised in its temple-like, 16th century castle, guarded by ramparts and enlivened by vibrant spring cherry blossom. Dominating the surrounding skyline is Osaka Business Park, a reminder of the city’s strong role in the Japanese economy.
However, the most striking skyscraper is the Umeda Sky Building - 2 towers connected by a rooftop terrace offering far-reaching views. The nearby Osaka and Umeda train stations are linked by underground shopping centres, while the shops of Shinsaibashi’s America Village appeal to a younger crowd. Dōtonbori’s neon lights promote more shops, as well as restaurants considered the best in Osaka. In a city touted as Japan’s culinary capital, that’s quite an accolade.
The Tsūtenkaku tower overlooks Tennōji Park, home of the Osaka Municipal Museum of Art. Another nearby park houses Shitennō-ji, one of Japan’s oldest Buddhist temples.
The Kyocera Dome Osaka is a shrine of baseball, and more thrills are at waterfront Universal Studios Japan, the country’s 2nd largest theme park. Also by the sea is Kansai International Airport, on its own artificial island.
The capsule hotel was invented in Osaka, and alongside this type of accommodation, Booking.com also offers luxury hotels with pools, cheap hostels and traditional ryokans.

Great city to visit, shopping is fantastic and not as busy as Tokyo. Plenty to do. We used the train network, the train network is both beyond great and easy to use if you live there, (meaning) we were a group of six and have travelled many times in the past and in Japan the rail took lots of effort to understand the complexity on that large scale, some of the smallest of stations are the size of melbournes main station, the stations are so big, a simple mistake is a lot of wasted time.

Osaka full of adventures, good foods, visiting points.
Osaka full of adventures, good foods, visiting points. I like to join local tour to Kyoto and places around Osaka. I tried different type of food like omaskase, belt sushi, shabu shabu, spaghetti, crab, wagyu and more, very tasty and delicious. Universal Studio is my favorite place to go.
Osaka is really good.

Everything is good except using the train; it’s super complicated and confusing and a lot of people. I think it needs better English translation of how to access the train especially when buying tickets and transfers and exiting the stations.

I booked 4 nights in Osaka which was too long given we had already spent a week in Kyoto which was very close by. If I returned to Japan I'd prefer to have spent longer in Kyoto with a day trip to Osaka.
Best place to visit was the Team Lab Borderless Garden, even though we had a massive downpour in the middle of the visit it was magical and would recommend to everyone. The park restaurant was also a bonus and would recommend eating a small tea there before visiting.
Dotonburi was worth visiting for an evening also.
Having travelled around Japan for the preceding 3 weeks we were shocked to see litter in Osaka and smoking on the streets. The quality of food around Dotonburi wasn't great compared to similar places in other cities.

We booked for 2 nights in Osaka, but as the transport to get there is so efficient, one night would be sufficient to see the sights. Osaka Castle well worth the visit, but easily done if a few hours. Tip: when using the Metro lines, opt for the cheapest fare, and if insufficient, visit the "Fare Adjustment" counter upon arrival at your destination.
The hotel is very close to the action of Namba, as well as Denden Town. There are lots of trendy small businesses under the train tracks which we could take advantage of. Also, king beds are pretty rare at Japanese hotels, so we liked that. There is a rooftop which is open to guests, and they have a bar open throughout the day; we didn't go when the bar was open, so not sure of the prices or anything, but the view from the rooftop was nice. Only 2 pillows were provided, but when I asked for more, they were provided by the hotel staff.
Great hotel. We came back three time during our stay in Japan and used this hotel as our base in Osaka. Room is small like most Japanese hotels but very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Its very close to the subway station so easy to get around on the trains. Plenty of convienience stores around and some great restaurants as well. The area is very clean and quite. They have washing machines on the 6th floor which we found very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
Located about 5 min walk from the Osake Metro station and close to supermarket and 7-11 Shop. Arrived about midday so friendly staff looked after our bags until check-in. Room had two double beds and was relatively large for Japanese hotel. Bathroom a bit small but clean and functional. Beds are very firm, which may be a problem for some visitors. Have free noodles in the lounge but we didn't try. Reasonably priced for a hotel in Osaka and 2 stations from Namba.
The best location for Osaka Trip... underground of the Nikko Osaka Hotel is connecting to subway "Shinsaibashi" red line exit 8.. very easy to travel by train & subway. And across the street is Shinsaibashi shopping street which is connect to Dotonbori "Glico Sign" and a lot of brandname shop in this area such as LV, Gucci,Chanel, etc. Staffs are nice and helpful. You also can take the shuttle bus to the Kansai Airport only 1600¥ per person.
Location ! location ! location ! The hotel is in Osaka Dotonbori (道顿堀), not too jam-packed with tourist yet just a short walk to Ebisubashi Bridge & Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. Namba station, a major interchange, is about 10 minutes walk (exit 25).
At specific time, the hotel provides FREE Sake & cocktail (at least 4 types each), Asahi beer, all sort of soft drinks, Ice-scream (2 types), & various instant noodles at the lobby.
I was really surprised at this hotel. I stayed in a small single room. The room was well equipped, neat and tidy. I liked the location, it's an easy walk to the metro and to Namba Station (for airport express and departing Osaka for Nara) It was also really easy to get around Osaka. The staff were helpful - A big, Thank You to Sajad for helping me with my booking error. This hotel met all my needs whilst I was traveling in Japan.
The location cannot be beat. It’s literally a step away from Dotonbori, and very well connected with the rest of Osaka with Namba Station a few minutes walk away. The room was reasonably large for what I booked, and I especially loved the shower which had a very large space, entirely separate from the toilet, with a bath and stand up shower - a first that I’ve seen in Japan where hotel bathrooms can be a little cramped.
The hotel is so big - and offers free drinks too. The location is in the Center of Osaka and it’s also near the train station. I walked to Dotonbori every night. The rooms are really big despite the fact that in Japan the rooms are a little small. The breakfast was very nice and offered a variety of things. The staff was polite and helpful. Totally recommend this place.
The hotel was in a great location (Umeda). It is a vibrant area with lots of restaurants. The facilities were excellent all toiletries were provided in the rooms, with extras like face moisturiser and makeup remover. Would definitely re this hotel when staying in Osaka. It’s a short taxi ride to Dotonbori. Japanese breakfast in the hotel was excellent.
Love the location as it is near Dotonbori and many other shops and entertainment. Very accessible and close to public transit. Love the fact that they have a public onsen to use for guests and a free kimono robe! Both western and traditional Japanese breakfast were excellent. And, it’s a Ryokan so you can definitely get a Japanese style of experience.
This is a newly refurbished hotel that’s a couple of minutes from the east exit of Shin-Osaka station. Super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for easy access to the Shinkansen or remote work (they have a work desk and plenty of outlets). Room is a bit bigger than the average Japanese business hotel. Will definitely stay again.
This is a more formal hotel in a business district on Nakanoshima island in central Osaka. We were there for vacation, but this hotel caters more to business travelers. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards, were very clean, and the rooftop spa has nice views over the city. The staff were very helpful and spoke English.
The room views were absolutely brilliant. Facing to the river side Yodo river. The room size are considered bigger in Osaka city area. The hotel room price was included the breakfast buffet in which a value added to the complimentary to hotel guests, its seldom occurred as most of the Japan's hotel are separately charged prices.
Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Osaka, especially the Dotonbori area. It's only steps from Namba station, which gives access to the rest of the city. 5 of us slept comfortably in this apartment. Very clean and felt very safe. Beds were a bit stiff, but I think most beds in Japan are, so that wasn't an issue.
Very good price for what it offers, close to the main stations and many attractions in osaka.
Staff was really kind, and the breakfast was good too.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious for a japanese hotel room.
I don't have big complains and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.
Very clean and new hotel in Osaka Namba station. Simple breakfast with Japanese miso soup and rice ball etc.
Very neat to Nankai rapid train station. Osaka metro exit 24 is the nearest exit to hotel. There is a elevator near the Starbucks cafe leading to an office building besides Lawson
The hotel location is about 7-10 minutes walk from the metro station and is in the business district of Osaka. There is a 7/11 attached to the hotel, which is a plus. The hotel rooms are pretty big for Japanese standards and about a 20 minute walk from the Osaka castle.
Lovely in hotel in a good location. Very close walk to nearby subway stations, and about a 30 minute walk to Dotonbori. The rooms are well equipped, though a bit small, even for Japan. The onsen off the lobby is a nice touch. Perfect for a short city stay in Osaka!
A good, clean room that easily fit three people. The bathroom was the best I had in Japan, and the view from the hotel out to the city was just phenomenal at night. The location is right by the heart of everything Osaka. A heavy, heavy recommendation.
