Nothing the room had no towels and when I went down stairs to ask for some I was basically ignored so I finally asked for some and didn't get any I had to go to dinner without a shower for dinner. Then was given pool towels when i asked again. The bed I slept in was aweful it had a dent in it. AAll in all it sucked!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Always remember in your planning for a trip (Google freeways, red/green/yellow and best ways) ......look at things as in the easiest ways to get to your destination. None lest make sure you look and visit lunch/dinner/snack locals! this will help where you're at, a time to relax and a place to enjoy the beautiful local/scenario or a picturesque Van Gogue that you can take pic. and enjoy for days to come.

I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the room and overall hotel. The price I paid was well worth the stay and a much nicer hotel than the neighboring hotels (Casino down the street included). I needed to be in Santa Rosa for one full day, but had other chores in the area. Staying in Rohnert Park kept me out of the expensive "winery hotels" category, and served my purposes very well. I liked the convenience of Costco, Home Depot, and the fast food restaurants nearby. Other than the area around the hotel, I didn't see any of the town of Rohnert Park, so can't comment on the tourism aspects.SusanUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Just passing through.
Just passing through. This place is just a bit of the great ugliness that California has become with way too many people. Had hoped to visit Muir Woods, but found out they are on a lottery system now because of too many visitors. Better to stick with far Northern California, where wonders abound and the traffic moves most of the time.

In fact there was two tvs and only 1 remote control, that didn't operate both tvs. When I called the front desk to request another remote control for my guests tv, the maintenance man came to our room to apologize that there wasn't anymore remote controls to give us.

The staff are nice as well, although they seem short-handed as the line in the office was often quite long. They did a good job of trying to move it along as quickly as possible. This hotel is located close to the freeway which can be both a good and a bad thing. I think I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.
