The front staff girls were nice. room was dirty. other people's hair on the bed's sheets. loud screamers right outside our 2nd-floor window at 1:00 am till about 4:00 am. a lot of shady characters near and on the property. didn't feel my van was safe there. would recommend they hire at least 2 security guards for foot patrol overnight. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Vera - 2.0Scored 2.0

It felt unsafe with questionable people creepily observing our moves as we parked and walked in to have the key card not work. There were many bugs in the bathroom and bathtub. The mattress had bloodstains and other questionable stains. All of it was very uneasy, and disgusting. We ate dinner at Panda Express and breakfast at a little local diner. I wish I could remember the name of it because the diner was delicious!! According to my friend there are a lot of little hole in the wall places to eat that don't look great from the outside but are delicious food and atmosphere on the inside.BensonUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

And everybody was so kind and helpful during my stay there and I really appreciate it The rooms are really clean and updated and relaxing. I was traveling alone and felt very safe there they have security guard there in cameras just a very nice place to stay I'd recommend it yes five stars

There was an assistant on duty who seemed to wear many hats who did an outstanding job. I’m disabled and the hotel has precious few parking spaces but this gentleman used a traffic cone to block off the one ADA parking spot and he came out to move it for us (we had it so it was just a helpful thing to do).
