Dublin is a great city for sights and culture. Plenty of eateries and pubs with entertainment. There are always events on (we were there to see Eric Clapton) which are remarkably well organised. We ate at Rockets on the shores of the Liffey and it was just the typical American Diner experience. For those who want to take day trips out to the city's surrounding areas: Howth, Wicklow and Boyne Valley are easy day trips. We walked and used public transportation, getting around town was easy.

Dublin has a lot to offer.
Dublin has a lot to offer. Tours that are fantastic like Trinity College and the library a must, Kilmainham Gaol, the museum of modern art. Day guided trips to other parts of Ireland are easy to book. The Cliffs of Moher, the Causeway and Belfast. Love the Irish people, they are great story tellers, and lovers of art and music. They also have a great sense of humour and so much warmth. But mostly I love their humble nature.
