The male staff were very friendly and accommodating of several requests I made. The pod style beds were the main reason why I chose this hostel for my stay in Tetouan. The shower was great and it was (surprisingly) the first hostel I stayed at in Morocco that had a bum gun in at least one of the toilet stalls. The rooftop is quite nice. The hostel is easy to get to from the nearest medina gate.

A prosperous town with lots of people living their lives out on the streets. The Medina is not as pretty as the Fes Medina but felt more relevant to the daily needs of Moroccans and much less crowded. Delicious and inexpensive pastries available everywhere!

Tetouan is one of (if not the most) beautiful city in Morocco. The people there were amongst the friendliest I have encountered in Morocco in the two trips that I have been there. Many foreigners go to stay at the nearby beach properties, and miss out on the jewel that is Tetouan.

It's a strange city.
It's a strange city. We stayed in it for four days and it seemed very long to me.
Very interesting old medina, but 2 days to see the city is enough.
I found there was almost no place to eat in the city - we had to go to Martil for a fish restaurant.

The place is very amazing and i wish i had more days to stay here. I got a chance to visit another city an hour away called Chefchouane (The Blue City) its another small city not far from Tetouan and i will definately recommend a visit there, its has amazing falls and friendly markets and. All in all Tetouan has alot to offer and if you ever get a chance to spend time in the city centre of Tetouan please i will advice to go to a small coffe shop called AMAZING COFFEE, they make coffee to die for and the staff and owner are just very friendly and great people. Generally i will sum up by saying i will be back here cos its a really good place.

Excellent value for money for food. people very friendly but be prepared to contend with a lot of people insisting on offering to bring you on tours of Medina etc, this was the only annoying thing I found on the trip but very hard to avoid. Very cheap restaurant called "La Union" in Teteoun, taxi service is excellent and cheap.

It was definitely better than expected!
It was definitely better than expected! I was glad I came, because it is small enough for getting easily around but big enough so there is something to see. The airport is very close to the centre and to the beach, so I walked to the centre and followed the main avenue, it was beautiful also in the evening and the Medina is enormous and very genuine! I think Tetouan is underrated in terms of Moroccan sights, then again the weather took a turn for the cold mid-November, which was a bit unexpected, so I did not go to the beach, it was too chilly
The location is very good, it’s in the middle of the Medina. The people working here is very welcoming and kind. We had a very good homemade Moroccoan dinner and breakfast on the beautiful roof with a view of the Medina and the mountains.
We wanna thank Hassan, one of the workers for his help of understanding the Medina, for tips to eat, good conversations and bringing us to the mountain for a very good tea and view over the whole Tetouan.
You can also enjoy this amazing tea at the roof! We will 100% come back here in a short time!
We used Tétouan merely as an entry/exit to Morocco. That was a mistake! I suggest you spend some time getting to know the city and locals. And I can highly recommend this place as your home base. The place is a relatively newly opened hostel and youth-oriented cultural center. Beautiful building and highly motivated staff. They were an inspiration and it may likely have been the “coolest” place we stayed while in Morocco. Wish we’d stayed longer! Bed mattress was firm, by the way. For me, personally, that’s a positive.
Dar Fama is your second home in Morocco. Host Youness immediately makes you feel welcome and even shows you around in the Medina, so you won’t get lost. We truly appreciated this extra service. Dar Fama has a beautiful rooftop with an amazing view. Having breakfast at the rooftop is a great start to a beautiful day in the medina of Tetouan. The rooms are cosy, spacious and very clean. Congratulations to the whole team of Dat Fama for their effort.
The place was amazing, a real Riad, well maintained, clean, at the center of the medina but still very quiet, BUT ABOVE ALL it was Loutfy, the hotel manager, which made my staying in Tetouan completely different!
He is very kind, helpful, knows everything about the city and really wants you to feel good at home and in the city.
He makes you feel that you are a part of the city and not just a tourist.
So, go there!

The Riad was beautiful, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms that comfortably accommodated three people. The manager and his family were exceptionally friendly, assisting us with printing our tickets and even providing breakfast for our early departure before breakfast service began. It's a lovely place that I highly recommend, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in Morocco.
amazing people working here! Zakaria, Anas, and Aisha are truly kind and make this hostel the special place that it is.
Soo clean as well, Naima keeps the rooms & common area spotless ✨
Perfect location for visiting local parks, restaurants, stores in the heart of Tetouan, and walking distance from the medina + the CTM bus station / taxis to get to the beach. Come enjoy 💚
It's very very amazing maison very safe neighbourhood very friendly people Mr. Ibrahim can't tell u how much welcoming person and u feel like u r between ur family. Its close to everything by foot. I high recommended to visit him and feel the real life of Moroccan people and Morocco country
In the heart of the city Tetouan a vivid place you find this calm and clean place call a home. The hostel is well located to reach gate de routiere for the destinations like Chefchaouen or to Supratoues to Martil at the beach and CTM Busses. Laundry is available too.
The view is stunning! The rooms are clean and well managed. What I liked the most about this hotel is that they also provide prayer rugs, which is a rare thing hotels provide for muslims. The staff is very nice as they provided us a great gift for our honeymoon!
The best place I have stayed at in Morocco! Quiet location inside the Medina, beautiful house with a nice rooftop, and the hosts were great too! The wifi worked well and the bathroom was super clean, with all toiletries. Would definitely stay there again!
Riad Las Mil y Una Noches is located in the medina of Tetouan. “Las Mil y Una Noches” is Spanish for “1001 Nights”. The rooms in the riad are named after characters from 1001 Nights. We stayed in the Zumurrud room. Breakfast was excellent.
The super friendly and professional staff members, the architecture of the hotel and the location were fantastic. We will for sure visit again and recommend to our friends. One night was unfortunately not enough.
Exceptionally clean and welcoming hotel. The staff went our of theor way to make our stay more comfortable. Salwa at the restaurant will always be remembered with my memories of Tetoun.
Just 10min drive from the bus station, good location, 3 banks are nearby, clean room with private bathroom, shower and balcony. Very comfortable bed.
The Hotel has also an elevator.
