First they gave us someone named Laura room with one bed. They said booking.com did not inform them of the two rooms one with king bed and the other with two double beds. Then we were offered to separate rooms but because we wanted to stay together we stay in the room with one king bed one double because it had a sleep sofa.

Had an over abundance amount of restaurants and there is a mall less than 2 mi away... Also University of Delaware football stadium just minutes away... Best part was a Dunkin' Donuts just as you leave the hotel parking lot... It's actually walkable on a nice day from the hotel... But also in the rain if you like Dunkin' Donuts as much as we do...

I was a Delawarean for most of my life and was very familiar with the area. The Ramada was once looked upon as the class of Newark. Newark has changed considerably since I left in 2011. It still contains all the shops anyone could need and the surrounding nearby area has a really nice mall (Christiana). The hospital is always near anywhere you travel to.

Unhappy with fact that the two queens reserved and paid for in advance was given away and tried to put daughter on a balcony. Finally gave us a king with a pull out. Room smelled, no additional rolls of toilet papar and the linens for pull out were dirtly.

Unfortunate experience.
Unfortunate experience. I was really willing to give this lesser known hotel brand a try. Nevertheless, I left to never return again to another Sonesta Suites and ended up staying with a well known brand hotel for a higher price and piece of mind.

Worst ever!
Worst ever! Property falling down, drug addicts nodding off outside their rooms, women fighting and swearing outside my room, homeless people squatting there, you name it. IF I wasn't exhausted from driving I would have asked for a refund and gone anywhere else. Asked receptionist if rooms smelled better than the stale lobby, and he said "I dont know--Im not housekeeping."

It is close to bus transportation and not far from Christiana Mall. It is a nice city and you can get to the downtown by bus pretty easily.
I called in some food from the menu in the hotel room. I liked it where I was. It was a very nice room with two beds and a desk and a working telephone which was most important to me.
The hotel was very convenient of 95. Very efficient front desk staff and check in. Room was clean and right temperature when we arrived. Hallways and other areas were also very clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices that included fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles etc, Coffee, tea and water is available any time. It was nice to have a cup of tea when we arrived. No problems and would gladly stay there again if the need arises.
We usually book rooms with 2 queen beds, but they did not have any free rooms with two beds, so we decided to take a room with one king size bed. The room was very spacious - with a table where kids could play play dough, and a couch and a big bed that fit all four of us :)
Breakfast was very nice too. I had a very nice granola with nuts and dried fruit. And our son made a waffle :)
The kitchen was great, had the basic cookware, two place settings, and an L area which served as a table. The bathroom was great too, one of the few places with a shower that did not leak out of the glass door! The room was very clean, and the hotel foyer and even the elevators were mopped every day.
The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast, there was a nice variety. The location worked well for us, we were touring University of Delaware which was 10 minutes away. We also visited Christiana Mall & the casino which were both approx 10 minute drive, as well.
Location across from U Delaware was excellent for our needs. Quiet . Clean unit with good bedding and towels. Spacious rooms ,comfortable beds . Amenities like freshly made omelettes at breakfast on real plates not paper.
Great location close to the University of Delaware.
Nice big suite rooms with separate seating area.

Your breakfast area was one of the best we have ever been to. The food was delicious. The area was very clean and the prople working there was very friendly.
Location is ideal for attending Delaware football game! Rooms and common areas are clean. Dove soap in the room was a nice touch. Parking lot was well lit.
