It was a well worth the cost and even more than what was expected. The facilities and staff were awesome. Everyone was very courteous and friendly, from the security at the entrance to the desk staff and the support staff. We felt welcomed and well cared for. Their breakfast was great and the restaurant serves really delicious food. Cocktails and drinks were great as well.

I stayed with family menbers and they had a nice thatched room.
As I said, my opinion is that we were accommodated in the old gardener/gate security guard's facility because it is situated right at the gate
The loadshedding in RSA contribute 100% to make your stay terrible

Don’t read everything you see in the news. One of the best mixed used property development areas in the world. It’s your turn Sandton. Midrand is safe and open for business. Bless always.

Our purpose for traveling to Midrand was to visit family and grandchildren, not especially to see the sights. However, there were two places in addition to the house where we were visiting our family that we really enjoyed:
There was a Natural Wildlife and Bird reserve with walking trails and a lake, picnic tables, shelters, and facilities to make it pleasant and comfortable.
And the Mall of South Africa is not just a mall. It has both outdoor and indoor play areas for children, fountains to splash in, and amusement park type rides, (which weren't running on the days we were there), in addition to all the food and shops you would expect at a mall. And South Africa is very inexpensive for those coming from the UK, the USA, and Europe, so you can eat out, a really good meal, for the cost of the groceries for preparing it yourself back at home.

Place is relatively safe, even business and shopping at mall of africa there were no hustles.many places to eat around,we had spurs, nandos and debonairs pizza which was ok.we really didnt have time to see the other restaurants around maybe the next time we visit.getting around was quite easy with the ubers,we even went to woodmead value mart the other day with no stress. Only regrets were on accomodation as our host wasnt as helpful, will surely avoid it next time. otherwise the trip was a success.
There was no water due to an apparent burst pipe but the hotel didnt make plans to get us water for the bathrooms or for bathing until we asked for it even then we waited almost 2 hours to get water for bathing because the receptionist apparently forgot then my husband had to wait at the reception so that he doesn't forget again. When we handed in the keys, they just said thanks, no apology for the inconvenience ih and by the way, we left without taking a bath.
This hotel is run poorly, The rooms are dated and very small especially for the price you pay for one of the biggest rooms. The fridge did not work, the bathroom did not have enough towels, there were spider webs everywhere in the room. The bathroom had a horrible stench which made us gag every time we walked in. The breakfast was sub standard, and breakfast was cold. I had high expectations for a Protea hotel, but will not ever be staying at this hotel again.
Great space with separate bedroom, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, and a work / relax space. This configuration is way better than a hotel setup. Location is good - you can reach Mall of Africa by foot (or a three minute drive). Restaurant in building has fantastic food and great views, with indoor / outdoor seating. WiFi was generally very good - had one fail during "load shedding".
Everything, last time I stayed there, there was a water issue in midrand and I didn't have a good experience. This time i returned and it was a lovely experience, my room was also upgraded because of my previous stay experience. Thanks to the lovely Refilwe, I don't think I will stay anywhere else when I'm around waterfall.
Very modern design with smart home facilities.
Very clean.
It’s more like an apartment fully equipped for a stay somewhere else experience, rather than a hotel.
The staff are brilliant, very helpful, very polite and very efficient, trying their best to fulfill all the requirements for your happy staying.
While my stay at Inani Hotel Gallagher had its challenges, I appreciated the affordability and the helpfulness of the staff. Its proximity to the Gallagher Convention Center was a convenient perk as well.
General friendliness of all the staff and the manager. Loved the complimentary shuttle service that the hotel offers. This really made my trip stress free. I will definitely recommend the Premier Hotel.
It was close to the Gallagher Convention Centre which was a bonus point for my visit to Johannesburg. We also ordered dinner for the Sunday evening and it was delicious and even delivered to our room.
Beautiful venue, friendly and most welcoming staff. The place is easy to find and very safe.
Overall experience was amazing. This will definitely be my place of accomodation when in Midrand
Great little place for comfortable overnight stays in Midrand ! The room has everything, nice and clean sheets! Great staff. I always seem to find my way back here. Horse country
I love the location of the hotel and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I am yet to have a bad experience at this hotel. I hope they keep up the good work.
