The suite was comfortable and large. When we discovered a problem with our first room upon checking in (a condensing/leaking HVAC vent above the door), the front desk was quick to switch us to a new room. The bed and pillows were the perfect level of firm/soft, and the shower got nice and hot.

Comfortable, with personal touches everywhere. Artisinal treats each day, even a little rubber ducky bath toy for our son. The pool was amazing and had several cabanas for use along with some great pool toys. The food from the restaurant was amazing.

I liked the room I stayed in. It had other utilities I was not expecting like dishsoap and utensils for cooking. I also liked the layout and the open windows on the top floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it made me feel very welcoming.
This suburban hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions as well as Interstate 287, and features comfortable accommodations along with many on-site facilities and services.
Room was not as advertised. No continental breakfast, one wash cloth, no hair dryer, drawers on the tables were broken, no iron, Place in serious need of repairs and updates. Sheets were clean and there were 2 towels for each guest. I would not recommend this motel to any one. Also seemed to be renting(??) to refugees. Lack of clear English speaking people.

The building, hallway and room had a terrible odor
The lights didn’t work in the room. The bed had stains on the comforter. There were bugs on the walls and stains on the walls. We asked for a refund and found a cleaner hotel.

Excellent location and great hospitality with exceptional staff. Breakfast was better then expected. Very clean and business model for other hotels in the area to live up to!
The travel to Manhattan was only a half hour away, with easy on and off the highway via I 80.
Lots of places to explore and visit.
Very business oriented area and safe to explore.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed (booked 5 nights but the conditions and level of uncleanliness were so bad that left after 2 hours) Both rooms booked for a group of 9 were filthy and dirty: dust and left over garbage all over the rooms; very old bedsheets and pillows and both rooms were infested with cockroaches. I would never recommend this hotel.
I stayed 4 days, they never once cleaned the room. I had to walk to front desk every night and ask for towels and ask if they would please clean it tomorrow. He assured me they would, they never did. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout the years and this is one of the worst. The doors won’t shut, the halls smell horrible, just a nasty place.
it took some Convincing, but we were Relieved to be able to Reject the room immediately, because the hotel really needs to be Condemned, and we were able to get a Refund just because we were 1st time customers. But this needs to happen Repeatedly til something is done to correct the whole entire place!
The quiet was very welcomed after the hustle and bustle of NY city.
I liked the little things we usually don't think of, such as, accessing your personal Netflix account from the hotel room TV.
No need to pack shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, all this is readily available.
Room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area and there wasn't alot of noise in the hotel. We (my husband and 2 daughters) slept well. I did like that there were to go containers at breakfast so you could take your breakfast back to your room.
I checked in late and was accommodated aside from that nothing really. The manager tried to give an explanation as to why there was no breakfast, however our reason for booking this hotel is that we could get even a *hot* beverage before hitting the road
hated it, worst part was the rat that tried running up my girlfriends feet. We deserve a booking.com gift card after this. booking.com should not be suggesting this hotel, it is a complete health hazard.
