The staff was responsive kind and courteous. Granted us complementary early check in and late check out since I was traveling with children. In addition securely held our luggage on the last day to do some shopping.

Location was great, they allow pets and the Firefly restaurant downstairs is really good. I also liked the “soda fountain” next to the elevators.
