Check in and check out were easy, staff were friendly. Room was clean (and quiet) with plenty of parking available.
Breakfast was extremely good with biscuits, sausage patties, eggs, white gravy, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, bread, toast, 4 types of dry cereal, pitchers of milk, very good coffee, 4 fruit juices and even more items. A very friendly lady kept the food items restocked with freshly cooked items, freshly made coffee and tables kept clean.

Branson was fun. The production at Sight and Sound Theater was fantastic as was the Titanic Museum. We spent time at The Landing which was also nice. Our hotel was good, and the local food options were also good. We will definitely go back. Getting around in Branson is fine with GPS, but the traffic is a bit heavy. Our trip was fun and we have look forward to our next trip there.

If you don't have kids go before school is out for the summer. Minimal crowds and easy access to any thing you want to do. Since they have all the outer roads complete, it is really easy to get around town.

Branson, if you know your way around, it a nice place to...
Branson, if you know your way around, it a nice place to visit. We went to Branson Landing just to walk around, ate at Shogun's (and had a great chef there), and spent some time walking around Silver Dollar City (expensive, but we have season passes - it makes taking our grandchildren there during the summer and for Christmas a little cheaper and gets us into WhiteWater as well). However, I grew up around there, so I know many of the back roads and shortcuts around town so I don't have to deal with the traffic issues that most visitors have to deal with. If you drive the main drag it can take forever to get around. Familiarize yourself with the different routes (red, yellow, and blue) that will help you get around town easier. There are some good shows - again, it can be a bit expensive. We are planning a miniature golf trip to Branson in July with one of our granddaughters. Lots of different courses to play with some trips to the mountain coasters, WhiteWater, and Tanger Outlet Mall thrown in.

Branson has become a money trap.
Branson has become a money trap. The price has doubled in the last year and the quality is less than half of what it used to be. Don't eat at starving Marvin's buffet it's hands down the worst food in Branson and the most expensive.

The main street was full of carnivals rides, ticket booths.
The main street was full of carnivals rides, ticket booths. Theatre's, fast food, restaurants. The overall feel of an area that has past its prime. Also very congested. The old town had the regular souvenir stores. Did find a wonderful Romanian cafe called Translavania for great cappuccinos and caramel rolls. Branson seems like a blend of tacky main drag, old town and delightful river walk area. If I were to visit again, I would look for accommodations outside of Branson. We stayed at a hotel with a high rating and I would give it a poor rating. Most of the lodging choices were worse than where we stayed. Entertainment trying hard but loosing it's luster. We ate dinner both nights at Cheddars from scratch cooking. Very good and reasonable. Clean and new.
I liked that the staff was super friendly, they really know how to treat people while staying at the hotel. I especially liked the concierge Rhonda, she helped us save so much money on concerts, the museums, even the aquarium. Our check in person I think his name was Chris. Totally made check in super easy. I liked that! It also helped that everything me and my family wanted to do was near the hotel. And I mean literally near it too. You can see what I mean on the photo in the review especially for the aquarium being right outside the window.
The indoor pool was one of the best hotel pools I've ever been in. The jacuzzi was standard, but that pool was incredible. We asked for towels, and the staff gave us an entire bag of towels. When you ask for a couple towels, you normally get a couple towels, and you have to plan and preserve towels throughout your stay. We received an entire bag of towels. A+++. Some of the times, the big things make a huge difference, and some of the times, it's the little things. We experienced both on this trip, and it made our vacation great!!!
Either a new property or recent remodel, all was pristine. They had coffee, hot chocolate, teas and snacks in the dining area when we arrived. Went to a show and was 10:45pm getting back and they had ice cream, peach cobbler and I think bread pudding. Breakfast the next morning was the one of the very best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. I even asked who their food supplier was. And there was no extra charge for even the cobbler, ice cream etc. this is the only place I want to stay in Branson now.
The front desk lady was super nice. She found me a room away from others when I told her my son has allergies. Their pool was super clear without the chlorine. Breakfast pancakes are made fresh by a crew and not those stupid machines. Price was great after booking online. Branson itself is a tourist trap designed to bleed you of your money fast. Nothing at all was worth the money.. except Dominos pizza on the strip was top notch lol. IF we ever decide to go back I'llstay at this hotel for sure.
Everything, room was great, enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Courtyard was nice, player piano in the Lobby was nice as well as the whole appearance of the Lobby and hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the nice breakfast with waffle station, but the best was the nice ladies who attended the breakfast. I would seriously recommend this hotel and will book Branson Towers for my next trip to Branson. Was very happy they had elevators.
I like that it was close to the strip but not actually on the strip so it was quiet. The room was a very basic room, but had everything we needed. I like that the room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Carpet in hotel rooms is always so dirty. They had a few snacks available in the lobby that were fairly priced. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient.
Super nice hotel!
Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my friends would surely choose it again next time we visit branson.Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. No breakfast but that’s a least important because they have a full coffee bar in lobby. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"
This hotel was beautiful & the staff were so friendly and helpful. The wood work in the hotel was absolutely beautiful. They had a huge water wall that was so peaceful to look at and hear. The breakfast buffet was amazing, I’ve never seen so many options at a hotel. This will definitely be our go to hotel for Branson!
The hotel is away from the heavy traffic and noise of Branson. But close enough to get to places in Branson under 30 min. The view was wonderful, paid a little more for it but was worth it. Liked having a balcony. The bed was very comfortable from the mattress to the sheets.
Liked that it was close to the main attractions but in a quiet area with mostly hotels. Loved the beds, the breakfast. Room was clean as were the linens. My friend made the booking because of the good price and rating. He made the right choice.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best that we've ever had at any hotel. I wish the pool was bigger and maybe heated too😊 but the free ice cream and cookies made up for that.
Location was great for going to the different areas within Branson. Better deal than a hotel for a family with more than 4 people. Unit has the needed cooking supplies for cooking a few meals instead of always going out to eat.
It wasn't a large hotel so you didn't have to walk far. It was very clean, convenient (not on the strip) so it was easy to get around, nice pool, and very personable, professional staff. The reviews were accurate.
The staff was great! We were in a bind from our original hotel issue, and when we pulled into Willow Tree Inn, check-in was so easy & the attendant was understanding & helpful with our previous situation.
It was clean, which is a big deal to me and located close to everything on the strip. The pools were great and the breakfast was good. The man at the front desk is very nice and helpful.
