The location is superb 100 meters from a metro station. Rooms are large and clean. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is superb. I would definitely stay again in the hotel.

First of all, I liked the good nature, positivity and responsiveness of the owner Philippe. The breakfasts he prepared from natural products were not only very tasty, but also charged with positivity for the whole day thanks to his company. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. An ideal place for solo travel.

A perfect location for visiting the main hospital in Lyon, a 10 minute walk although with lots of steps. Artisan boulangerie 5 minutes walk. Lidl 10 minutes walk for basic provisions. A couple of restaurants nearby.

It is a high rise, high density inner city accommodation area with all the problems you would expect. The people we met however were lovely and friendly and the market held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday had some great produce.

I highly recommend the hotel.
I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel indicates there is an air conditioner but it does not work. The receptionist is told that the guy who operates air conditioners is not there and the air conditioner can not be turned on, but in the lobby and in the dining room the air conditioner works. You may not be paying for a room with an air conditioner and you get a room with no air conditioner. Unable to sleep hot and sweating, in short horror.

A flat is very nice: obviously, it was furnished with due care as if the host was planning it to be a personal flat. There is a lot of space in the parlour, accompanied by a nice and large balcony, where there is enough space even to have an outdoor breakfast. The location is very close as to the center, so to a wonderful park la Tête d'Or. I definitely recommend and would stay here again, should I return to Lyon.AnastasiiaRussia

Clean, comfortable for one person or a couple. I liked the style, green chairs comfortable in a cosy dining/resting area. The windows blocked the noise quite well (they come out into the street). A nice shower, big bath towels. Getting and leaving the keys was easy, all according to the instruction.AgataPoland

The bed was dirty and unmade. The towels in the drawer had blood stains. There were also mouse feces on the towels. There was not any toilet paper. No closet. No refrigerator in the "kitchen." It did not remotely match the Booking description. I have never experienced a similar situation.

Its position in the building is also good since it is located on the calm side of the building and on high floors (usually I don't choose the building on the ground floor and I don't know why booking.com does not ask the owners to mention the floor in their advertisements).

If you are travelling with kids this is a great choice. There is a playroom (open on holidays and weekends I think) in the hotel and a huge park with zoo, gardens and playgrounds is 10min walk.
