Vienna has so much history and is such an easy city to navigate! There are many different neighborhoods and areas to discover. Transit passes are good across trams, trains and buses so you feel limitless in your adventure. Food was really good. Lots of places to have traditional schnitzel but also a donor kebap spot on practically every block. While there were very few free museums and tours, I found that exploring the architecture and finding an amazing historical sculpture about every 25 yards more than made up for it.

I think only the problem is their transportation..this would have been easier to ride a tram or subway train if they have right access or I mean to say the signage. I’m little bit confused of their transportation but anyways, Vienna is nice place to unwind and enjoy

Vienna is nice for shopping (high end products).
Vienna is nice for shopping (high end products). There are historical buildings and many museums. However, most tickets to museums and attractions are priced high, ticket prices average around Euro 20 or above for adult, even to small museums. Limited discount for seniors. Personally I feel that it would be beneficial to keep ticket prices low to allow more people or tourists to learn about the country’s culture and history.

Vienna is a lovely destination in springtime.
Vienna is a lovely destination in springtime. We especially enjoyed the museums we were able to visit, the ease of getting around town, whether on foot or with the excellent public transportation system. Other highlights were the Vivaldi concert at Karlskirche, and a long walk along the north-east side of the Old Danube. We had a very nice dinner at an Italian restaurant called Vasco.

Vienna was amazing, there is so much to do and the food is incredible. I found it a very walkable city and didn't actually use public transport much at all. Some things like the Opera house tours were sold out so I would be more organised at booking tickets in advance next time. its a great base for day trips - the train station is massive but really well organised much better than UK trains lol

Vienna is a wonderful city, crossing point between East and West for centuries, being the capital of Austrio-Hungar empire, have all kind of resources, places for every traveller.
From pastry and kitchen, to clothes and design, architecture and art.
Art is for me the most rich experience: for the many musea I could only visit Hoog Belvedere, Albertina and Kunstforum wien (property of Austria Bank) were there was a retrospective of great artist Roberto Matta, the most complete in decades in Europe.
A very beautiful place is the palais Schonbrunn, knew as residence of Sissy, quite expensive admission but surrounded with a magnificent and gigantic garden, free access, with hill and fountains, you can made a tour in wiener horse coach.
I recommend to buy 1,2,3 of week tickets for public transport: Metro, tramway, train and bus, in de central zone : attention: you get a card that NOT NEED to be validated, you have to have with you when requested in the very rare occasion of inspection, what make very easy to make the frequent change of lines.
Apart of chic and expensive classical restaurant, there are plenty place to eat, from hotdogs on street to some food hall in the big markt, good and cheap.
Enjoy your stay!
location heart of Vienna all attractions are near.

what a fantastic place this is! in the city centre of Vienna in walkable distance of some great sights and close to the main central station that has a direct connection to the airport - almost don’t want to praise this too much and keep as a secret to myself but that wouldn’t be fair to the team of grätzlhotel, as they were fantastic. a lovingly chosen and contemporary design of the room made us feel right at home and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Vienna!
One of the best hotels that I have stayed in, really close to the city center and Karlsplatz metro station, also to the main tourist attractions from Vienna. The hotel has spacious, very clean, rooms and a great sauna to enjoy. The staff is really helpful and nice. We had breakfast included, with several options of food and drink, including champagne/ prosecco, which was a very nice touch for breakfast. Also, the hotel offers a wide range of useful products of self care and a nice minibar.
The location of the hotel is so convenient for a short break to Vienna with the proximity of the underground metro almost next door. Also, the city centre is within easy walking distance for visitors who are fortunate to have no mobility issues. Surrounding area is busy but very clean and well maintained. The room itself was spacious, well appointed and had a good working temperature control. Breakfast area was well laid out and the choice of food was extremely good.
Good hotel to stay at if you want to be in the middle of Downtown Vienna. Right on the main shopping street so lots of people during the day but clears out at night. Easy walking to lots of good restaurants and old city center is only a 10-15 minute walk. Is only 15 minute walk from Westbahnhof train station.
Hotel staff was very helpful. We had a early morning flight out of Vienna and they called and scheduled a taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport.
Breakfast was great! They had great variety! The staff at the breakfast were very polite! Although I missed some sunny side up eggs!
The best thing about our stay is that our room was ready since the morning and we didn't have to wait until 3 pm! They have fulfilled our requirement for an early check-in. The hotel was very close to the airport and to the city Centre. Very easy access with tram and underground!
We stayed four nights in a twin room (father and daughter). Room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. Location was good with a 20 minutes into the city centre and choice of metro lines and tram routes. Breakfast was very very good with a wide choice, meaning I did not eat till dinner each day.
Hotel was reasonable value for Vienna, which I find expensive on the whole.
Overall the apartment was really good . The price was great for what it offered and the staff of the hotel was really helpful. It was clean and tidy . The city centre was about a half-hour trip but easy to reach by tram and the stop was opposite the hotel so super easy. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna .
This was a great base for a visit to Vienna with easy access to the city centre via the trams which pass the hotel. We appreciated the colourful and lively design and the room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again.
the room is so clean, and the area is so quiet
it is a bit far from the city center. However, it is near the metro station which you can easily go there.
it is near Prater park and its big garden which you can go and enjoy.
overall the hotel is recommended for anyone visiting Vienna.
Best spot to book at vienna ,
It's near the mall and train station from airport
Very clean and comfortable 👌
City center is just infront of you.. u just can walk to infinity and not get bored..
U got everything around u
Special thanks to Yazan for his great hospitality
Lovely hotel in a good location quite close to City Centre. Very quiet neighbourhood. The staff were great. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Comfy bedroom. All in all a very good stay. Would definitely stay again if I return to Vienna.
This is a lovely hotel, with great staff and located very conveniently to go in/out Vienna city center.
The night staff was very accomodating, and helped me and my toddler with everything we needed (warm milk, crib, even a teddy bear!)
It's a great hotel with everything you need for a long stay: awesome view, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The only drawback was the long distance from the city center. Regardless, the best place to stay in Vienna)
Everything was great, big room, view to the park, great breakfast, 2 minutes distance from the metro station and the airport bus stops outside the hotel!!! I will definitely stay again my next time in Vienna!
Location was great for anyone arriving in Vienna by train, direct tram connection to city centre.
The hotel felt comfortably modern with lots of nice places to sit, inside and outside.
Staff were very helpful.
Great breakfast, room, and location. The hotel is just behind museum quartier and is at a good location if you plan to wander around in Vienna city center.
