Welcome to the `2nd International Conference on The Medicinal Use of Honey`. The first conference was held in Kota Bharu, Malaysia on 26-28th August 2006. It was very well attended. The second conference would have taken place in Lahore Pakistan on November 11-13th 2008, however due to unavoidable circumstances, it was not made possible. I sincerely hope this second conference would also be well attended by research scientists/clinicians working on honey. Many studies have taken place and a lot more new scientific evidence on the medicinal uses of honey have been published since the last time we met.
