As building services specialists, we are increasingly involved in new sustainability-driven technologies in buildings. This is also becoming increasingly true of many players in our industry, from consultants through to installers, maintainers and suppliers. Because the HVAC/mechanical services industry is the traditional engineering owner of energy systems in buildings we often have the responsibility for all this new technology, so it makes sense to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
