The conference will include a C40 workshop to provide a platform for policy-makers and experts from cities from around the world to share experience on policies and technologies to achieve low carbon living. Updating on the latest climate change science and linking it to how science can assist policy-makers.
Day 2 4 November 2010 (Thursday) Policy & Action Day
Addressing the key social-economic, energy, financial, and international political implications related to climate change.
Days 3 & 4 5-6 November 2010 (Friday & Saturday) C40 Hong Kong Workshop
Exploring action paths from the C40 Cities for low carbon living with a special focus on buildings (retrofits and new buildings), and transportation (particularly, the implementation of electric vehicles).
Visitors profile Anyone who is interested in climate change and how cities can lead the way in driving real change.
