| The Second National Conference on Mobile and Pervasive Computing will be held during January 28-29 2010 at TIFAC-CORE, Velammal Engineering College, Chennai-66, established in the year 1995-96, to impart quality education. It is one of the top ranking engineering colleges for Engineering and Technology Education in India. It is a self financing non-minority institution, affiliated to Anna University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). All the approved courses are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of AICTE. | The knowledge in Pervasive Computing force user to live beyond desktop model, classified as post-desktop model of human-computer interaction in which information processing has been assimilated into day by day objects and activities. This paradigm is also described as ubiquitous computing, ambient intelligence, and every ware. When primarily concerning the objects involved, it is also physical computing, the Internet of Things, and things that think. The models share a vision of small, inexpensive, robust networked processing devices, distributed at all scales throughout everyday life and generally turned to distinctly common-place ends. |
