The Cool Runnings - Cryo Course is dedicated to electron microscopy cryo-techniques for cell biology and life sciences including topics such as: rapid freezing of samples including self high pressure freezing (tube method) and high pressure freezing, the Tokuyasu method, cryo-sectioning, progressive lowering of temperature, freeze fracture cryo-SEM, thin film TEM and cryo-transfer.
