With a focus on delivering the Quality Markers, we examine the latest trends and developments in measuring and monitoring techniques, including the Gold Standards Framework (GSF), the Liverpool Care Pathway and Preferred Priorities for Care (PPC).You will also hear about measuring quality from the perspective of patient, family and support for carers.
