The internet remains the most popular way for customers to acquire personal lines insurance, with the vast majority completing their transactions entirely online. Commercial lines insurers and brokers now face the challenge of bringing their businesses up-to-date and online. Despite E-Business for commercial lines still being in its infancy new questions continue to arise over how to market and sell complex commercial products through the internet.
