Join us at The Friends of Connecticut Libraries Annual Conference for a program that focuses on membership. The conference will be held at Central CT State University in New Britain, CT.
This year s program expands on Dr. Tim Cole s 2009 presentation, Welcoming the Next Generation of Friends with four presentations focused on recruiting and retaining members. Two presentations will be in morning starting shortly after 9:00 a.m. and two in the afternoon following a buffet lunch. Last year, the majority of comments asked for more informal time to chat with other Friends groups so we have added a one hour lunch break to help meet that request.
