The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and development activities in the field of Nano as well as microelectronic devices, structures and systems. Authors are invited to submit papers describing new advances in Nanoelectronics and its applications. We welcome papers that are theoretical, conceptual, descriptive in nature, or a survey of the state of the art.
