Myocardial Velocity and Deformation Imaging 2010

Myocardial Velocity and Deformation Imaging 2010 2009 is the 10th edition of a 2-day interactive symposium which is dedicated to current research on and bedside application of these rapidly evolving imaging modalities.
The symposium will comprise review lectures on the methodologies, research results directly from the (animal) lab as well as lectures on clinical applications presented by world experts in the field. This year`s course will focus on new developments in the field of tracking methods and their application in 2 and 3 dimensional echocardiography of the myocardium and bloodpool. Clinical applications will be discussed. Furthermore, the assessment of RV function is another focus of interest. "Hot topics", such as imaging in CRT, will be covered.
