NHPO-HAPA National Conference 2010

The National Hispanic Professional Organization (NHPO) and Xerox`s Hispanic Association for Professional Advancement (HAPA) are joining forces to create a National Conference that will highlight various subject areas and benefit members of both groups.

NHPO is a networking, non-profit, membership-based organization that provides a myriad of educational seminars and professional development training to foster and promote self improvement, professional advancement and personal achievement.

HAPA`s vision is to achieve a substantially higher Hispanic representation at all ranks of Xerox Corporation. To see many more Latinos in key decision making positions contributing to the success of our Company in a market place with rapidly changing demographics.
