In this era where there is an increase of new and emerging technologies, a lot is happening within the ICT industry. An example is in the development of Next Generation Networks (NGN), 3G and Voice over Internet (VoIP) technologies. This training will provide the staff with an overview of next generation systems and technologies,which will in turn enable them to adequately monitor and advise the Commission on new technologies.
