This year s program will educate business and litigation lawyers (both in-house and outside counsel) on the intricacies of franchise law matters and alert them to the challenges raised by recent judicial decisions and the increase in franchise related claims. The conference will address fundamental issues for franchising in Ontario through basic and advanced-level workshops, three in-depth plenary sessions and group discussions during the lunchtime roundtables.
