The Procedural Sedation Course is dedicated to all aspects of the administration of procedural sedation for office based practices and ambulatory surgery by the non-anesthesiologists provider including:
- Standards and regulations as related to office based anesthesia and analgesia
- Hands on airway management practicum utilizing simulation and multiple airway devices
- Pharmacology of sedatives, reversal agents and emergency medications
- Monitoring and emergency equipment required

- Recovery & discharge protocols
