About Holiday Inn Munich-South, Munich, Germany

Munich is known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and cultural attractions. One of the most popular tourist destinations is the Marienplatz, a bustling square in the heart of the city that features the iconic Glockenspiel, a clock tower with mechanical figurines that perform twice daily.

Another must-see attraction is the Neuschwanstein Castle, a fairy-tale palace nestled in the Bavarian Alps that inspired the design of the Disney castle. Visitors can take a guided tour of the castle and learn about its history and the eccentric king who built it. The Pinakothek Museums are a must-visit destination.

Finally, no visit to Munich would be complete without sampling the local cuisine and beer. The city is famous for its traditional Bavarian dishes such as Weisswurst, Schnitzel, and Brezen, and its numerous beer halls and gardens offer a lively and festive atmosphere to enjoy a cold pint.
