What an amazing history you can find in Easton.
What an amazing history you can find in Easton. I didn't know there was such an old college. The architecture is great to see and study. Next time I visit will be for longer than a couple of days!!

The downtown isn't that great.
The downtown isn't that great. You can see that they are trying to clean it up and there are what looks like some nice restaurants off the circle, but in general the area just isn't wonderful.

This was a really cool, historic town..
This was a really cool, historic town.. Beautiful old homes on tree lined streets were inspirational. I could just walk up and down the streets looking at houses. But the downtown architecture is also impressive, featuring a mid 1700's public house and a lot of turn of the century store fronts. On top of all that...Crayola calls Easton home. The factory and museum are great fun for kids of all ages. This is a great town.

Loved staying at Grand Eastonian.
Loved staying at Grand Eastonian. It's right in town and so close to everything. Enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturday. Love the restaurants, especially The Oak House. Glad we were able to get a reservation. The Homemade ice cream place is another one of my favorite. Can't wait to go back.
The staff at this hotel were so exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I am not exaggerating. I have never been at a hotel with a more pleasant group of staff, from the front desk ladies, to the men cleaning the floors, and emptying the trash, and to the lady getting the delicious free breakfast together…they had more smiles and pleasantries than Disney!! Our king room was very nicely maintained and updated. THE POOL WAS FABULOUS!! Loved this place! We were here to visit Crayola factory.
Decor, both in the room and the common areas, felt new, bright, and modern and matched the web photos exactly. Our room (1 king-sized bed), while snug, did not feel too small, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good sized. Everything was VERY clean. Liked the squeeze-bottle toiletries! While we didn't eat the complimentary breakfast at the hotel, it was nice to have it offered. Same for the snacks and cans of of beer/soda on offer for one-off purchase!
The location is a bit out of the way, but I didn't see that as a bad thing. It was quiet, no street noise at all. The hotel itself looked amazing. I was not expecting it to look like a way more expensive hotel. The gym and pool area were very nice. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't speak about that. My room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were very comfy.
Spacious, very clean room and very nice bathroom. Still had some of that old town, art deco feel about it. When I lived in Easton the sixties, the band I played in use to play for weddings there. Fond memories!
The breakfast is very good and the sunporch is a beautiful place to have breakfast. The location is very good for visitors to Lafayette College and it is located in a historic part of Easton.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful. I loved every part of it! Oscar was an amazing help. I am from Easton, and went home to visit family. It has changed alot, but it is still beautiful.
Located in a cute town with a great downtown area within walking distance. The little apartment we stayed in was adorable.
Found this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised!
