All the staff is awesome!!! The place is really clean!!!
In many respects Reno is a less outlandish version of its Nevada cousin Las Vegas. Within minutes of landing at Reno-Tahoe Airport you can be hearing the dinging of slot machines on Virginia Street where a glowing neon arch welcomes you to ‘The Biggest Little City in the World’.
Across the plaza is Harrah’s Reno, just one casino hotel available on Booking.com. Larger casinos with spas, such as Peppermill and Atlantis, are off the main strip. The largest is the Grand Sierra Resort with its own amusement park, large pool and night club. Pet-friendly motels and cheap hostels are other options.
Aside from gambling, the city hosts many events including the Reno River Festival in Wingfield Park. The Truckee River Walk connects shops, restaurants and bars popular with students at the nearby University of Nevada, the state’s oldest. The campus includes the Mackay Stadium and Fleischmann Science Center and Planetarium, set opposite the arboretum of Rancho San Rafael Park.
The Nevada Museum of Art is in Reno and neighbouring Sparks has a Heritage Museum. The 2 cities share a convention centre and livestock events centre, and there are many golf courses in their green surroundings. Even lusher are the Sierra Nevada mountains, whose peaks around Lake Tahoe offer some of the best US skiing.
Reno is an amazing place, very family and pet friendly.
Reno is an amazing place, very family and pet friendly. Place is full of snow and fun play. My family always goes during the winter to get to play in the snow. Reno has many fun attractions such as circus circus. Amazing food and amazing place. Would for sure recommend.

I was born here, I would visit Reno more often due to the immense beauty of the surrounding area, the arts, food, and things to do. I suggest going camping or visiting the wilderness (with Caution) and go see some of the history of the Silver city (biggest little city)

All I can say is Reno is now what it used to be cracked up to It used to be really the spot until COVID after COVID all downhill kind of like a ghost town downtown. A lot of the casinos are shut down nobody really is partying or having lots of fun like they used to be I've been there a lot of times before and after not really sure of a great place to eat we just eat wherever is convenient. Getting around part well Google maps will do that for you if you have a car which is normally what I have.

Our room was decent but the rest of the hotel was unsatisfactory, to say the least. There's free parking but we're handicapped so we had to pay for valet parking and pay and pay because of having to leave the hotel for different reasons. The service in the restaurants was very slow and the slots were tighter than a witches ***. I asked around to a lot of people and they said the same thing. The machines weren't paying crap. I just kept putting money into them with no payout. The signs around the casino were very poor. We could never find our way around because there was very little direction. What's with that???
We will never go there again.

There is nothing going on outside of the casino.
There is nothing going on outside of the casino. If you want to do something other than gamble you definitely need transportation for site seeing and shopping. Nothing is within walking distance other than the River walk and a very few restaurants
THE HOTEL ROOM WAS NOT ALL THAT CLEAN AND EXTREMELY NOISY AT NIGHT, PILLOWS WERE WORTHLESS,THE BATHROOM FAN DID NOT WORK THE HEATER/COOLER WAS LOUD AS ALL GET OUT,NO FOOD,B/C OF COVID 19, THE PROPERTY WAS VERY RUN DOWN AND WE WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME ON THIS LOUSY EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL, NEXT TIME IN RENO I WILL GO BACK TO WHERE I NORMALLY STAY THE SANDS DOWNTOWN, SO OVERALL THIS PLACE WAS WAY OVERPRICED AND NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MY MONEY. BTW THE TV WAS ONLY SO-SO AND NO CLOSED CAPTIONS,LIKE WTH.
The price on the room was excellent. That was the selling point. Oh and the fact that it was recently remodeled. The room itself was well appointed for a three star hotel. Despite the fact that the housekeeper made the bed funny (the fitted sheet and the flat sheet were both laid 90° to the way they were supposed to be which made the sheet a little short. Didn't get a chance to mention it to the housekeeping stuff but it was kind of funny. The service staff that we met were all really nice!
Its the second time I've had to be moved to a different room. Last time was because there was no blinds. This time it was because the tv didn't work. My issue, which isn't one to keep me from coming back, was that the guy who is behind the counter gets an attitude. Both times he has treated me like I was being a jerk for wanting what, I thought, every other hotel will provide. I guess you pay for what you get. It's a good cheap hotel. Dont expect perfection
Amazing hotel in the centre of mid town Reno. The location is actually three hotels together and the walkways, bars, restaurants and casinos are seamless entry between all three. We parked in the complimentary car park and have to admit it is very difficult to actually leave the resort. All the facilities are there including circus circus activities for the kids. Will visit again.
excellent location! close to everything one needs on the road (food, groceries, gas station). Close to downtown casinos, restaurants, baseball field and everything we wanted to do while up in Reno. We even go to window shop houses. they left the BEST instructions we've ever had throughout the home. coffee was STOCKED and we didn't need to do that so that was a HUGE bonus.
Clean room, nice big bathroom, comfy bed, great view. Fun carnival games. Love the location with all 3 hotels connected. We were in sky tower which is a little cheaper and a little further walk to the casino but not bad, and all indoors. Free coffee in room, refrigerator, prompt maid service. Nice late night pizza (til 1am) in the food court.
The location was great. Doesn't take long to get anywhere from that location, or return. It does appear to be a safe location. The exercise room, is very adequate. Also if you bring your pets it has a wonderful big play area for them. This will definitely be my go-to hotel the next time I go to Reno!
Easy access to the home and garage. Kitchen, fridge, dishwasher were all convenient. Place had enough bedrooms and was very spacious, and a huge backyard. The place is conveniently located near a strip mall with wal-mart, food options, and tahoe skiing. 10 minutes from Reno downtown and casinos.
It was our second time to stay at the Reno suites, the first time was just excellent and way better than our recent stay. It is located at downtown Reno, staff was really friendly, free parking, and more affordable than other hotels around because they don’t charge a resort fee.
Great location, easy to walk downtown from here. Nice building and nice room. Comfy bed, TV and chairs in room was also nice. The bathroom was clean and sufficient but there was no hot water. Nice view of Reno from the window as well.
It was a nice facility located in a great place in downtown Reno. One of the elevators was out of order which required a long walk through the Howard Johnson hotel for some reason I don't understand
Like many hotels in Reno, this one is actually a casino with an attached hotel. You can tell. The rooms were okay, but not great. I can recommend it for a night or two, but not for a longer stay.
Very close to Reno airport, walking distance 5 mins. I arrived at midnight and left early the next morning. Facilities more than adequate for my stay. I would stay at the hotel again.
Location was so convenient downtown. Much nicer and cleaner than the casino hotels! Restaurant was delicious and hotel staff was very helpful. Valet was absolutely worth it!
The rooms were really spacious, beautifully furnished and very clean.
In the downtown but slightly away from casino hotels, which was a big plus while traveling with kids.
