I had no idea what a beautiful clean city Pittsburgh is.
I had no idea what a beautiful clean city Pittsburgh is. It's easy to get around via public transportation and ride sharing. I discovered the Waterfront area. We went to the movies and there is the cutest shopping center right across the road.

Beautiful architecture! Wonderful night views.
Beautiful architecture! Wonderful night views. Highly recommend the Black Ghost Tours, quite a bit of history there. Catch a Steelers game, what a crowd! And quick and easy egress, exit to/from the stadium. Lovely bridges over the three rivers! Safe and friendly city, landmarks make it fairly easy to walk around. Uber drivers are terrific!

My experience was so awesome.
My experience was so awesome. The general manager, front office staff and also the house keeping staff were totally awesome. I must also say that the changes that they made were excellent compared to what it used to be
Good location, easy to reach by bus from the downtown (ca. 40 minutes); close by walk to the Zoo and university campuses (both ca. 30 minutes). We had a small room, but enough for our short, two-day stay. We appreciated there's a full-equipped kitchen for the whole apartment, so we could prepare ourselves a dinner (McDonald's and others in the vicinity close early, at 9 pm).
The owner is a nice and helpful person. Good value for the price. I can only recommend.
There isn't parking in the building, but there is a parking lot around the corner which is free between 8 pm and 8 am.
The rooms were nice - great shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Another perk was the two free drink tokens for the lobby bar.
There's also a bus line straight downtown that departs from right outside the Kasa door.
The room is located in downtown so it is definitely convenient for that but not being sent the right codes for the doors and getting no response from the customer service was terrible. The Korean restaurant next door was a great place to wait around while Stay Pittsburg did not reply to my messages or calls.
I expected the Econologde to be a cheap motel, but it was quite comfortable and clean. The room was as good as any other hotel, with great AC and comfortable beds. While obviously not in dt pittsburgh, for what it is, its in a great location, especially having a full stocked gas station right next door.
The hotel is located in downtown Pittsburgh and it's what I wanted. The parking was nearby and offered for free. The internet was free and of reasonable speed. The room was clean and the breakfast had few options to choose from. The staff is polite and answered to my questions.
This hotel is my husband and I's favorite hotel of all time! We stay here anytime we go to Pittsburgh. They have an amazing bar and restaurant and the staff have always been so kind and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfy as well! I definitely recommend.
Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.
Great location downtown. Grand old hotel that has been upgraded. I got a corner room on the 8th floor with a wonderful view. Little hiccup at check-in cuz they could not process either of my credit cards but they worked it out.
Great location. Best place to be in downtown Pittsburgh. And the desk people were excellent and the positive and polite demeanor of the person at the Starbucks/cafe below was incredible. So nice.
Close to downtown. Free breakfast. Cheap. The lobby area was nice. I also liked that there was a little business suite in the room. 12m checkout. I heard there was a pool, but I didn’t use it.
Great location. Modern and spacious rooms. The fitness is good too. The rooftop restaurant was very enjoyable. Overall great. I believe this is the best hotel to stay in Pittsburgh.
