It is an amazing festival that encompases all forms of art ......being cinema; poetry readings; crafts ;fine art ; classical indian dance forms ; great museums; walking tours of colonial buildings; street food tours and much more. The highlight for us was the nightly free live music concerts at an open air venue under perfect evening weather of Mumbai. These were all in the central Kala Ghoda area . You cannot negotiate a better discount by your self with shopowner ,because he has to pay the 20 % commission.
