There are plenty of things to see or visit or do in El Paso. There is a lot of history here. It is a border town and the gateway to Ciudad Juarez, so you will find that it is migrant territory, and especially with what is going on lately, just be careful. The city's traffic is awful, rude drivers everywhere don't seem to care about who's around them. The world revolves around them. The hotel was a nightmare, the staff only took care of you if you didn't speak English and crossed the border illegally. If you're American, good luck getting checked in. The local shopping mall was crowded and expensive to shop in. In four small items bought, I spent close to $150.00 and this was at a novelty store. The trolley (train) also passes by the hotel.
