The location was perfect for our stay. We were less than a 5 minute drive to Lionshead gondola. The rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We were very impressed with the ski rental (inside the hotel) which made for easy access and returns. They also offered a discount to hotel guests. The bar was also very nice and kid friendly. The bar restaurant and Indian restaurant both close at 9 pm which is something to think about if you arrive late. The hotel has parking both outside and a garage option. Breakfast is free - pasties and coffee plus around 4 pm they brought out warm cookies.

We had a room on the third floor where there is a outdoor heated balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast is more like a buffet in a fine restaurant instead of the normal hotel breakfast. This place is first class all the way.

It was a nice environment. Like the hot tubs and the facilities. The shuttle bus service to the ski slopes and around town including shopping is a big plus. Would definitely recommend

It is all about the skiing for most people, and the Vail ski resort is amazing. Hard to beat as a ski destination. It is generally a very expensive place to stay but there are many options available to you.
As a town, feels a bit disjointed with the two main locations of Vail Village and Lionshead being separated. If you come without your own transport, get used to having to take buses/shuttles most places. Having said that, the transport system is incredibly good once you work it all out. Lots of places to eat, moreso in Vail Village.
As it is also under Epic Pass, easy to ski Beaver Creek during your stay in Vail, with a great (free) bus service mostly every 20 mins from Vail to BC and only takes about half an hour. It is a shame that the same is not available for Breckenridge, another Epic resort.

Amazing mountain!
Amazing mountain! You can’t beat the vastness of this mountain. There is something for everyone and every level of skiing.
The village is awesome with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would avoid this place on busy holiday weekends.

We visited during the autumn when the aspen colors were at their peak. Incredible views everywhere. Nice warm sun and cool nights. Village was pretty quiet as it was "between seasons" which made for a very relaxing visit, with no waits for restaurants, etc. Very easy to walk around the public areas.

Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town.
Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town. It is a credit to the locals who seem to take great pride in their town. It has the benefit natural beauty with its surrounding mountains. The free electric bus service that teavels around the town is a great way to see the sights including the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens which are well worth a visit .

Very bad experience I don’t recommend no one to rent this property…
We were four adults (2 couples) and found this condo very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was newly remodeled. The shuttle was a 5 minute walk and a 10-15 minute ride, but only to Vail Village. An in-town bus was necessary to go to Lion's Head. The rental agent was very responsive. Though our bedrooms had a highway view the unit was quiet.
Great location, both for views of the town/ski area and for walking distance to the downtown village. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was clean. Continental breakfast and 24/7 coffee were much appreciated. Staff was helpful in finding parking and answering questions.
the staff was not available Friday 5:15, I called the telephone number listed person answer the phone speaking spanish only, I was unable to access the room tile 5:50 after text message anther number.
Sat. the parking lot was full I have to park at Generl manager spot.
The hotel is in a great location right by Vail Village. Everything was good except that the parking is so limited we had to be parked at a different structure. Other than that, breakfast was good and staff was attentive and friendly. We would stay again.
The location is awesome, an easy walk to Vail Village and to the Ford Amphitheater/gardens. The property is well maintained with beautifully landscaped flowers and trees. The room size and kitchen accoutrements were great. The staff were very friendly.
Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.
Excellent location in E. Vail. Great for families as well. We really enjoyed the eat in kitchen/dining area. We also enjoyed our morning coffee on the upstairs bedroom deck. Perfect!
This hotel is straight out of a fairytale book! The prettiest and most wonderful hotel ever! Right next to the village, surrounded by beautiful trees! Incredible staff and views
The hotel served its purpose for us for this trip. I doubt we will visit Vail again but if we did, we would probably elect to stay in a condo. We did appreciate its location
Rooms were exceptionally clean, and the hotel and public transport options were excellent. Terry at the front desk went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommend.
The location is perfect, walking distance of everything. Staff helped us with all our requests and always with a smile. E_bikes available for guest at front desk!
