This was a very cute motel that had clearly just had a remodel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast, even though it was similar to most hotels, was really delicious. They had a quiche every day that was great. The pool was exactly what I would want from a place like this. We were there for Stagecoach, so being at the hotel wasn't the main concern. It looked like they were also expanding to add a diner in the back. I liked the check in which was a Airstream trailer. They had security at all times. So felt very safe.

The room was fine except for a big burn mark on the carpet when I walked in the room. The safe was broken so I also had to call on that.

PS has improved since my last visit, COVID is in the rearview mirror and the town is alive again! The homeless situation is very much improved! The Zoo is a must-see as well as the Air Museum! Don't forget to visit the reservation for some great hikes and hopeful big-horn sheep sitings! And don't forget the tram!

Famous Palm Springs seems now to be more of a typical mass...
Famous Palm Springs seems now to be more of a typical mass market tourist town, with 2 major, long streets that include many big & small shops, restaurants, bars/clubs, & a 3rd side street that also has some of same but is more run-down & busy with 'drive-thru' local traffic & many condo complexes, some of which look somewhat 'run-down'.
Still, PS is luckily located right below a moderatly high series of desert mtn peaks which makes for a 'different', scenic Backdrop. While there could be even more semi-tropical Flowering plants placed downtown, there are certain areas where they stand out, making for some incredible visit-Pics. Other than a Casino& hotel complex a block or two away from downtown, the rest of PS seems old & run-down, but, now old desert towns tend to look that way.
Also, there are some other interesting, and even more upscale/modern towns just 4-5 miles south along Palm Canyon Dr. (or hwy 111), that are worth visiting or staying in (though usually at higher cost).

Loved the vintage vibe and history of the hotel.
Loved the vintage vibe and history of the hotel. Very clean. Alex takes care of everything from checkin to maintenance. Very efficient. Appreciated pet policy being that it is such a small common space. Place could use new towels and linens. However the size of the bungalos made up for it. Really enjoyed our stay and would def consider staying again.

We love Palm Springs and have stayed at several properties...
We love Palm Springs and have stayed at several properties there, but after our stay in the (glorious) Ricardo Suite at the Velvet Rope we have a vacation home to return to from now on. David Rios who designed all the suites and was our host, plus Kevin and Jeffery were as warm and accommodating as can be! We were delighted with every aspect of the hotel (touring many other suites there was also a visual treat), terrific pool deck, and we look forward to our return!!
The Life House is a beautiful boutique hotel experience located perfectly central to all things Palm Springs. The property is impressive, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff is so attentive and take pride in serving your every need. From the most comfortable bed to great you every evening, to lavish Le Labo products in the perfect pressure shower. Make sure to visit Minerva's for a breakfast sandwich before heading to the pool where sun and fun and maybe a few cocktails await you.
We picked the hotel for its style and decor. It lived up to that - really captures the Palm Springs vibe.
The owner/manager seems lovely and well-intentioned. I think her staff group, or her management of the staff, was letting her down .
It's just about walking distance to downtown.
There's a nice big pool which the whole family enjoyed.
Like I said above, it would potentially be a nice self-catering experience if you had no kids and were happy with everything provided at the start.
I was in town for Coachella and while my friends went home after a fun and exhausting weekend, I thought I would extend my stay to try out a couple of Palm Springs boutique hotels, relax and work remote. The first place I stayed was OK, but I really got lucky when I found Limon! I truly experienced a Palm Springs vibe here and the hotel was the perfect escape before heading back home. The quality of the guest rooms, staff and service were best of class!
The hotel is in a great location in Palm Springs.
It's old school and the effort and friendliness of staff was outstanding. Every evening candles were lit around the courtyard. Music carefully chosen and staff working away planting things and making it all look good. The pool was lovely to have and there is constant access to a little kitchen. From one side of the pool you could see the desert mountains. We really enjoyed our stay... the perfect choice!
Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated , luxury bedding - La Maison is a lovely boutique style hotel in Palm Springs, just 5 minutes from downtown. Bianca was on hand to greet us and had our room available 2 hours prior to check-in time which we appreciated after a 5 hour flight. The hotel and breakfast service exceeded our expectations . Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a quiet vacation property.
I loved this hostel. The view over the mountains is unbeatable. The place was super quiet when I visited, and I basically had the two pools to myself for several hours. (And they were very nice) The area was quiet, and the hotel generally felt safe and well located within Palm Springs- you're only a street away from downtown. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-equipped.
This was our second time staying at Pam Springs, CA BWplus Las Brisas. We love this little Gem hotel. It's a perfect location close to the main strip of Restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast is the best and the grounds on this hotel is charming. Great pool and jacuzzi with a bar close for a cocktail. We will always come back here when we come getaway to Palm Springs. 🌴
Cute boutique hotel that takes you back to the classic days of 'ole Palm Springs. I didn't have a chance to use the pool or spa, but it looked great! Away from the crowded downtown strip and not much near the hotel to walk to, but that was okay for this trip. Compared to the prices being charged in town, this hotel was a great under the radar spot to get some R&R.
I enjoyed everything about this property, the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the decor, the heated pool, mini golf and overall positive atmosphere. They were prompt with their responses and made us feel comfortable. This will be my new go to hotel spot in Palm Springs..
Newly rehabbed hotel just north of town. Great design, clean, open space with gorgeous views. Owner was amazing. Enjoyed the free bikes to ride around Palm Springs. Pool area as well as our private patio were just lovely! Able to unwind here. Highly recommend to anyone!
The hotel is located close to Downtown Palm Springs, making it nice to walk around and explore. Several restaurants and shipping nearby. A Grocery Outlet across the street made it very convenient to buy water and such since the hotel doesn't offer this.
Classy hotel centrally located in Palm Springs. Loved the modern architecture and all the touches that went with it. Bikes to rent for free for hotel guests and a great restaurant in the Partner hotel next door. Convenient parking and friendly staff.
I like that it was near the casino and in walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. I did like the staff (very friendly)I did enjoy the affordable buffet breakfast. Hotel decor and the rooms are decent.
Nice and Cozy, and the owners were extremely nice! I had a great time here. My 7 year-old son didn’t even want to leave the hotel. I’d stay here if I have a chance to come to Palm Springs.
The hotel has a pool.
One out of two ice machines worked.
The location is not far from downtown Palm Springs.
The weather happened to be just right
Elmer's restaurant is nearby
