The building looks new outside but not the same inside. Apparently located in a safe area, I was there for only two days so not much to say.
There is just a pair of elevators and it gets very busy in the morning, I wish they had signs to the stairs.

Querétaro is a beautiful city steeped in rich history, particularly as the birthplace of the Mexican Revolution. It's a must-visit destination for anyone interested in Mexican history, whether you're a local or a foreign tourist. While Spanish is predominantly spoken, it adds to the authentic experience, although it might pose a slight challenge for non-Spanish speakers. Overall, Querétaro offers a fascinating journey through Mexico's past and is well worth exploring.

I hope to return for a longer stay.
I hope to return for a longer stay. The Regional Museum is great; I would like to have had time to visit others. Lots of great restaurants, street vendors of arts and crafts; but you need to carefully look for the locally-made items.

The city has beautiful historic center with many colonial buildings and churches. The streets are super clean and at night they are up with beautiful lamps. The city has a very important share of Mexico’s independence movement and has a lot history. The food was very good and I think I’ve had the best pozole in Queretaro. You can easily visit and see the city and sites in three days. It’s veey walkable and I very safe all the time; beautiful Queretaro!

Downtime is quite nice.
Downtime is quite nice. Several places to visit and lots of all types of restaurants to accommodate your travel budget. This city is becoming quite crowded and visited and you must be aware that traffic jams are starting to be experienced more and more. However, if you stick to downtown (Centro Historic) you will enjoy a nice couple of days and will be able to visit the diverse museums, temples and overall neighborhoods which the city has.
Superb homely bed and breakfast!
Things we loved:
Very nice friendly staff
Best hot shower in 5 months of Latin America travel
Super comfy bed and duvet
Wonderfully quiet and perfect for sleep
TV with loads of film channels
Great location in old city near everything
Kitchen and dining area perfect for cooking and enjoying a meal.
Cleanliness of the hotel
Really good WiFi. One of the best in 5 weeks in Mexico
We stayed an additional night as not only did we love the city but this hotel was too nice to leave
Our room was on ground floor opening onto dining area but still quiet. The bathroom was very small without much space to put your things; a shelf and hooks would be helpful. We had 2 comfortable queen beds and good linens. Location is excellent to walk to centro and there are restaurants right out front. We would stay again.
It's s very beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and has the basic equipment you need. There's a restaurant in the rooftop with beautiful views over Queretaro.
At day 3 there was an issue with electricity in my room. The solution they offered was really good.
I checked in rather late and the staff member was very welcoming and even carried my bag up to my room when he saw me struggling with the stairs. The hotel was great at communication ahead of my stay and arranged for a car from the airport.
Hércules has beautiful, sprawling grounds with tons of industrial character. Service was friendly, room was sparkling clean, and spa was a special experience. This is a truly unique property in Querétaro, and likely all of Mexico.
This is a cute Airbnb, well
Designed and in an incredible location close to the gorgeous squares and gardens of Centro. When the room was too warm, they came and hung darker blinds to block the sun. Very nice and helpful staff.
It’s such an authentic cozy hotel in the heart of Queretaro‘s city centre. Our host Maria was super friendly, assisted us with everything and it felt like staying with a family.
Extra point for breakfast on the roof top terrace.
I had stayed here before, so knew what to expect. It is wonderful to sit on the terrace having breakfast. The location is perfect as it is in the Centro Historico, which is what most visitors come to the city for.
Beds were very comfortable, and the location is very walkable to Centro Histórico. The overall property was nice and had a rooftop with a view. There is a fridge and coffee maker which were also convenient.
Good location in centro. A block from square with good food stands and restaurants all around. Great king bed, good shower and large room on second floor, nice rooftop terrace.
Great hotel, across the street from upscale shopping mall. Hotel restaurant food was delicious, staff super helpful in arranging early taxi for airport, etc.
Cute hotel close to Queretaro's city centre. The rooms were big, clean and loved the rustic decoration. The girl from reception was super nice and helpful.
