The folks working there are absolutely great! The night of arrival was a bit perturbing, seeing a couple guys out by the road drinking, and lounging like I thought they might be "residents". However, next day, and for the rest of our stay, that anxiety was completely gone. The rooms have very "thin" walls, late arrivals who were still partying quite loudly, everything was heard loud and clear! A call down to the desk, and all was quiet. I repeat, your people are awesome!!

Savannah is always fabulous. Their restaurants are wonderful. There are great bar options from loud dance clubs to peaceful speakeasy’s. Many museums and art to enjoy. Loved the variety of shopping from local shops to name brands. Finally, lots of opportunities to just sit, relax, and take in the sites.

Really nice walkable city with friendly people and interesting sites. The food scene is still developing: we were looking for amazing seafood experience like in Charleston, but it was not as good as expected. All in all a nice one night stay. The best thing was our hotel, Thompson by Hyatt.

Should have probably rented a car for at least a day for our length stay. No plantation homes to see here. Needed to drive up toward Charleston.
The biggest complaint I have was the nearly overwhelming amount of homeless on the streets. Oh and no good coffee shops open anywhere in the evenings. (We’re not drinkers)
If I ever go again it would be 5 nights max and would reserve dinner at the pink house for sure.
The dinner river cruise was fine but don’t expect to see much. And don’t package a river cruise AND a dinner cruise. My bad on that.

I love walking on River Street the going seeing all the old historical homes. Also love the close proximity to Tybee Island. However, didn't care for the Tanger Outlet mall on Pooler, they could have added more stores, and also have better clothing options.

We absolutely loved our trip to Savannah.
We absolutely loved our trip to Savannah. The scenery was incredible, the food was wonderful, and there was so much to do. If you have kids, I highly highly recommend visiting the SCAD campus. They have an immersive experience that goes through the story of how SCAD was founded and my 8-year-old daughter absolutely loved it. Right across the street is Gryphon, where we had afternoon tea. She was so impressed by the fact that it was a "real tea party". We also loved our dinner at The Treylor Park. Of course, it is a short drive over to Tybee, where we loved the beach and pizza from Huc-A-Poos.
Great old house just off the beaten path of the touristy downtown Savannah. None of the frills and all of the charm. Big, high ceilings, super comfy beds. If you are expecting polish and room service look elsewhere. This place oozes character and a bit of dust. I would definitely stay here again. And I am not one to share a bathroom--this place has two and they are kept clean. A real bargain.
I like the location, only about 5 miles from mall, and 15 min from downtown Savannah. You have a Walmart down the street, cross the bridge and hooters and waffle house across from hotel. The price however, wasn't worth it due to the fact of no hot breakfast only breakfast snacks and breakfast sandwiches microwaveable. No microwaves in room, just fridge. No covenant if you go out and bring food back.
i stayed a week by myself, when I came to drop my daughter off to SCAD. i found the location ti be perfect, in a slightly less busy part of riverstreet, hence not as noisy. But it had everything within 5-20min walking distance, around downtown and historic district. The hotel staff was very friendly, the property was clean and very safe. I’m definitely staying there again, on our next visit.
Coffee is perfect, Tammi and the entire staff love their jobs. Crazy clean hotel and probably the best access to and from I-95 I've seen. Crackel Barrel on one side, IHOP on the other...... Walmart down the road. And the shuttle can be scheduled to pick you up and take you downtown to the historic district. Linda and myself will be back👍Did I say awesome hotel!
Location was exceptional, being on the river and in the heart of historic downtown. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The hotel's decor does a nice job of acknowledging its historic roots in a modernized/renovated hotel.
When we arrived we were greeted by concierge Joann. She was amazing! Helped us get reservations and tickets to what we wanted to do. She also gave us some insight on what restaurants would be best for a vegetarian. The hotel was in a good location for downtown savannah and walkable to to most places.
Overall the hotel was awesome, it was perfect for my friend and me and it was only an 8-minute drive from downtown Savannah so that was amazing. All of the staff was amazing and nice. It's also right next to a Food Lion so we were able to get anything that was needed there.
Great stay at the Isetta Inn. Warm and comfortable room, friendly and welcoming host who really made us feel at home, and great kitchen facilities. Good location near a coffee shop and restaurant, and a short walk to Forsyth Park and the Downtown area. Thoroughly recommend
The room was cleaned daily and towels/linen changed daily. Location is great with gas stations and lots of food places nearby. I visted for work which was at the Savannah Convention Center which was just 10 min drive from the hotel.
Really spacious room, great value, and super close to Downtown Savannah and Historic District. It wasn't even a room - it was a suite with a separate room, a living room, and a small kicthenette area.
The hotel location is simply fantastic. In the heart of downtown, this is a historic building that offers nice comfortable rooms. Service is excellent and staff is friendly and responsive.
Lovely vintage Hotel. Staff are very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. The extras left in the rooms Coke/Moonpie were a nice addition. East walking distance to historic Savannah.
It was a lovely hotel for a great price. It was walking distance to downtown and all of the beautiful squares in Historic Savannah. It was perfect. I will definitely be back.
Amazing location in downtown Savannah. Located near tons of restaurants, sites and things to do. Everything was walkable and hotel was cute and room was super clean.
Clean and easy to access. Almost free parking on the street behind hotel. I wish all the Savannah hotels didn’t conspire to charge $75 for a pet for one night!
Very good location downtown, close to everything. Very nice and big room in an old and classic hotel. Lot of charm. people’s were very helpful when needed.
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The staff was very attentive. The hotel overall was quiet and nice to stay at. Great location to downtown Savannah too.
