Try to arrive mid-day or later in the evening. Google Maps sometimes got confused with all of the road construction going on. Nicely located central to most things we wanted to do in the region. Because we didn't want to navigate to the Mall of America, we took an Uber. That was partly on the recommendation of the staff at the hotel. less than 30 minutes from the Outlet stores at Albertville, and 20 minutes from the Mall of America/Target Field and US Bank Stadium, we would stay in this hotel again.CarlUnited States of America

After checking in, with some room to spare in my calendar, I went for a walk in the neighborhood. Long story short, I got lost and the gps on my phone wasn't working without wifi. Several sets of verbal directions from merchants and passers by didn't solve the problem. I called the hotel front desk twice and Kate stayed on the phone and "walked" me through the directions while I made my way back to the hotel. She really did save the day!JOANUnited States of America

The room was beautiful, clean and comfy. Staff was up beat and friendly. He even had recommendations for people that aren't from around there. I originally thought I booked closer to Woodbury and was a little worried driving across town to my room. It turned out to be a great stay! Thank you!KellyUnited States of America

I wish there was a hot tub, and I wish we would have picked a different place based on location. This was not the hotels fault. I should have looked at the distance where we were going closer.
