One thing I enjoy doing in the spring and summer is shopping at the New Jersey farmers markets for fresh fruits and vegetables. Definitely the best produce available anywhere. There are some good Italian restaurants in the area too.

I was born in Trenton and spent much of my childhood in Ewing. I still have family there, so I know it fairly well. The location is great for visiting the beautiful nature and small, charming towns along the Delaware, taking a day trip to Philadelphia or even New York or the Jersey Shore. Historic homes and sites are plentiful and close-- Trenton and Princeton are both under a 20 minute drive. There are also some great neighborhood restaurants in Ewing. Wine and cheese was served between 5 and 7 pm for hotel guests. This hotel is really worth the price I paid for. I had orginally booked for 1 night but in the end stayed for 3 nights. There is an outdoor seating area on both sides of the hotel- small but nice on a summers evening.
